Here at Hiquo we work to delivery your order safely and swiftly.

All orders are processed within 48 hours and sent on a tracked service.

Average delivery times are 5-9 working days from date of order.

The average transit time 1-2 days working days (excluding weekends and holidays) .

 

All orders are confirmed with an email confirmation, tracking information is sent shortly afterwards once the order has been despatched.

Delayed orders:

We will not be liable for the delayed shipment in the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part because of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, transportation limitations, war, earthquake, flood, storm, snow.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. We are not responsible for the customs clearance/local carrier delays.

If your order is not received within 20 days from the dispatch day, please contact us. We will do all we can to track&trace your parcel. 

Incorrect Address:

It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Our team works hard to speed up processing times and delivery so there is a small window of time to change the address of an order. If you need to change the address of an order please contact us as soon as possible however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change in time.

Once an order has been dispatched our only option is to wait and see if the order gets returned to our warehouse. In this case we can reship to a correct address or refund in full, minus the cost of shipping.
